Circle Foundation for the Arts was created in 2017 and functions as an international arts platform. They annually represent a unique, juried selection of visual artists in an online gallery. Artistic Exceleenece was awarded to 5 artists who participated in the Artist of the Year contest that included over 600 artists around the globe.

Nard Lee presents Minority Report, an exhibition that explores duality: black and white; loss and hope; protest and conformity. It focuses on race and class and is also considered introspective on the artist upbringing. It is adversarial yet inviting with subtle contributing to the tension within each piece.
